Pneuma Bible Institute is an outreach ministry of Bearers Of Light Ministries. Our mission is to provide Biblically sound training to believers who will creatively minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world in the power of the Holy Spirit. Although exempt from certification by the State of Virginia, Pneuma Bible Institute has initiated and has provisional Accreditation through Accreditation Commission International. Certificates for courses completed will transfer for credit to a ministry degree program upon accreditation.

REV. MARK STAFFORD is Senior Pastor of Light Of Life Christian Center in Chesapeake, Virginia. He operates powerfully in the anointing of the "five-fold" ministries. Mark is also Chancellor of PBI.

REV. DR. KEN & DOREEN STAFFORD teach foundational Biblical principles to pastors, church leaders, students and laity through various PBI courses. Ken is also President and Academic Dean of Pneuma Bible Institute.

REV. DR. CRAIG von BUSECK is an ordained minister and Director of Ministries for CBN.com. His passion is to shine the Truth of the Gospel through the Mass Media. He is a gifted musician and published author and travels often to minister in churches and conferences.

REV. MOSES ASAMOAH serves as Senior Associate Pastor/Director of Ministry Operations at Light Of Life Christian Center. He strongly believes and teaches the need to be transformed into the image of Christ.

KARL OELKE has an undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies and a graduate degree in counseling from Regent University. He emphasizes applying Biblical truths to everyday life in his classes.

MELODY M. GREEN serves as PBI Administrator and faculty member. She has degrees in Discipleship and Ministry, and in the Arts, with servant leadership experience in municipal government, charities and church ministries. She emphasizes persevering faith and life application of God's Word in becoming more Christ-like in character.
