Pneuma Bible Institute is an outreach ministry of Bearers Of Light Ministries. Our mission is to provide Biblically sound training to believers who will creatively minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world in the power of the Holy Spirit. As a result, PBI is exempt from the requirement of certification by the state of Virginia.
